Lets Talk now about real Goals ๐Ÿง  and perspectives.

First of all, I’d like to be very clear about what the true Goals must be if we are to embark on enhancing our health or body profile. The essential first step is always to define significant and realistic goals at the outset.

Every morning on social media platforms, the TV ๐Ÿ“ฑ๐Ÿ“บ๐Ÿ’ป we watch our feed presents us with one of these โ€œperfect bodiesโ€ and it looks amazing and we think itโ€™s what we want to be. But in real life it is so much harder to achieve it by trying it on our bodies.

Why is that? ๐Ÿค” Only an extremely minute percentage of humans are capable of attaining that level of form. The foremost reason is discipline ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ, then genes ๐Ÿงฌ, then the fact most of the fitness community also supplement ๐Ÿ’‰ to get it. There are some lucky ones who can do it, yes, but those are but an extremely minute percent of the population. And so social media ๐ŸŒ spotlights them so muchโ€”because often it comes at a great cost in money ๐Ÿ’ธ, time โฐ, and sacrifice ๐Ÿ’€.

Thatโ€™s why we must begin our plan to change our body with our feet on the ground ๐Ÿ‘ฃ. We must be very clear on what we are able to do and what we are not.

First is to look at what we personally want and we can categorize it into three levels:

Short-term goal โณ
Medium-term goal ๐Ÿ“…
Long-term goal ๐ŸŒ

Personally speaking, the long-term plan in exercise is towards our whole life โ™พ๏ธ. That is not a 3, 6, or 24-month plan. Itโ€™s not the acquisition of a profession ๐ŸŽ“. This is developing an exercise life that will be an eternity โ€” one our family ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ is in, our companions ๐Ÿค are in, and anybody we may influence to be healthier too.

If you consider it in this light, then you will have a strong foundation and be carried through like a river flowing smoothly into the great sea ๐ŸŒŠ. That is how a true goal is: long term, strong, and life changing ๐Ÿ†.

Of course, it is not simple. Itโ€™s no cakewalk โš ๏ธ. But it will be the road ๐Ÿ›ฃ๏ธ leading us to one of lifeโ€™s biggest things: remaining happy and healthy in the long term โค๏ธ.

I will keep writing on it and explore each of these topics in depth, always using real-world examples ๐Ÿ“–. Then we will learn together and be strong on this path ๐Ÿ’ช.
